FAQ

Why are some games disabled in assign mode?

A game is disabled when it can't receive assignments:

  • All official slots are already filled
  • The game doesn't belong to you
  • None of your selected officials are available (after checking availability)

Check These Games vs Find Available Games?

  • Check These Games — Adds availability columns to your current results. The game list doesn't change.
  • Find Available Games — Runs a new search combining your filters with the selected officials. The results change to show only games where at least one official is available.

Use Check These Games to check availability without changing your results. Use Find Available Games to filter down to only assignable games.

Why can't I select more than 5 officials?

Each selected official adds a column to the results table. More than 5 would make the table too wide to use effectively.

What do the slot colors mean?

  • Green — All positions filled
  • Amber — Partially filled
  • Red — No officials assigned

How do I pin a bulk edit action?

Click More on the floating bar, then click the pin icon next to any action to add it directly to the bar for quick access.

Can I undo a bulk edit?

Bulk edits apply immediately and can't be undone as a batch. To revert, edit individual games from their detail page.

Why don't I see all my games?

The default filters show Future Games with All Status for My Games only. Click Reset to clear all filters.

What do the Self-assign and By request badges mean?

Self-assign — the game is set to immediate reservations: an official can claim an open slot instantly, no review needed. By request — officials request the slot and you approve who gets it, from the Reservation Requests page. Neither badge shows for unpublished games, since officials can never see or request them.
