# Game Details

Review one game, understand its staffing and billing details, and manage assignments or edits from a single page.

## Tip

Pricing is stamped on each game, not on the overall tournament. Stamped pricing controls the Remedy Fee, not Official Pay.

## Workflow

Confirm the date, time, venue, sport, pay, visibility, and billing account.

### Check Billing

Use the cost breakdown and pricing panel to understand Official Pay, My Fees, Remedy Fee, and Client Billable Total.

## Sections

### Game Summary

The main details card shows when and where the game happens, the sport and variant, pay per official, and visibility.

#### Date and Time

Use the date and time rows to confirm the schedule shown to officials.

#### Venue

The venue name, space, and address come from the selected venue when a game is venue-linked.

#### Sport

Sport and variant help determine eligible officials and expected staffing rules.

### Cost Breakdown

The cost breakdown explains the per-game financial pieces.

#### Official Pay

Official Pay is the pay per official multiplied by the number of officials needed.

#### My Fees

My Fees is your scheduling fee for this client, set on the billing account: a per-game amount plus a per-official amount for each official up to your cap.

#### Remedy Fee

Remedy Fee is the amount owed to Remedy for this game and is included in Client Billable Total.

#### Client Billable Total

Client Billable Total is the amount currently shown as billable to the client for this game.

### Pricing for This Game

Pricing is stamped on each game when the game is created or updated by a pricing action. The stamped pricing determines the Remedy Fee for that game. It does not change Official Pay.

#### Protected

A protected game keeps its stamped Remedy Fee pricing until the protection date expires.

#### Expired

Expired protection means the Remedy Fee may use current plan pricing after a pricing update. Official Pay and the schedule do not change.

#### Missing

Older games may not have stamped pricing fields. Those games show a missing pricing message instead of failing.

### Visibility

Visibility controls who can discover the game.

#### Unpublished

Only you can see the game. Assigned officials can still see it in their reserved games.

#### Anyone

Qualified officials and coordinators can discover the game.

#### My Network

Only officials in your network can discover the game.

### Assignments and Requests

The officials area shows the current staffing status and request history for the game.

#### Add Officials

Use `+ Add Officials` to choose eligible officials and send or create assignments.

#### Requests

Requests show where each official is in the workflow, such as pending, accepted, finished, approved, or cancelled.

#### Remove

Remove an assignment when an official should no longer work the game.

### Edit and Delete

Coordinators can edit or delete games they own when the action is allowed.

#### Edit

Use `Edit` to change game fields such as venue, time, pay, sport, visibility, and billing account.

#### Delete

Use `Delete` carefully. Games with assigned officials may need assignments removed before deletion is allowed.

### Payments and Work Status

When officials start working the game, the lower sections track request status, approval status, and payment history.

#### Scheduled

Scheduled amounts are expected but not yet completed or paid.

#### Pending

Pending payments have been initiated or are waiting on approval/reconciliation.

#### Paid

Paid amounts have completed payout processing.

## FAQ

### Does pricing apply to the tournament?

No. Pricing is stamped on each game. A tournament or event rolls up totals from its games, and those games can have different stamped Remedy Fees.

### Does pricing protection change the game schedule?

No. Pricing protection only controls Remedy Fee pricing. It does not change Official Pay, the game date, time, venue, officials, or visibility.

### Why does an old game say no stamped pricing is recorded?

Some games were created before pricing provenance existed. The message means the game has no stamped pricing metadata to display.

### Why can different games in one event show different fees?

Each game keeps the Remedy Fee pricing stamped on that game. If games receive pricing decisions under different plan terms, their Remedy Fee may differ even when Official Pay is the same.
