Billing Terms
Understand the billing terms shown in the Financial Center.
Review the plan or custom billing terms that are active now and any terms waiting for signature or activation. Commercial terms control Remedy fees; account settings control operating limits. They do not change Official Pay.

The active billing terms show the plan or custom terms and coordinator settings currently governing your games.
Review Plan Updates
If Remedy publishes new pricing for your plan, the Billing Terms tab shows the old price, new price, notice window, effective date, and protection period.
Review Pending Terms
If new terms are waiting, read the summary and grouped sections, especially Remedy Fee, pricing basis, pricing protection, and account limits.

Sections
Term Status
The status tells you what action, if any, is needed.
Pending
The terms are waiting for your signature. You can review and sign them from this tab.
Signed
You have accepted the terms. An admin still needs to activate them before they become active.
Active
These terms are active now and control current Remedy fees and coordinator settings.
Remedy Fee
Remedy Fee is the amount the coordinator owes Remedy for each game under these billing terms.
Per Game
The displayed Remedy Fee is a per-game amount. It is separate from Official Pay and separate from My Fees.
Client Billing
Today, Remedy Fee is included in the client billable total. A future setting may allow this pass-through behavior to be configured.
Official Pay
Your billing terms do not change the pay per official that you charge the venue or offer to officials.
Pricing Protection
Pricing protection controls how long stamped Remedy Fee pricing stays protected on games.
Stamped Games
When games are created or stamped by a pricing action, they keep the Remedy Fee pricing recorded on that game.
Protected Pricing
While a game is protected, its Remedy Fee should not automatically change just because newer billing terms exist.
Different Fees
Different games in the same event can have different stamped Remedy fees if their per-game pricing decisions happened at different times.
Plan Updates
Plan updates can create a temporary mix of Remedy fees: games through the protection end date keep the current price, and later games use the latest pricing.
Notice Window
The notice shows when Remedy published the new pricing and when it starts applying.
Old and New Pricing
The update compares the previous pricing with the new pricing so you can see the Remedy Fee change before it applies.
Per-Game Detail
Open a game detail to see the exact stamped Remedy Fee, pricing reason, and protection date for that game.
Existing Game Terms
Pending and signed terms can include a rule for existing games that applies when those terms are activated.
Expired-Lock Games
Only games whose stamped terms are no longer locked receive the new terms once billing terms are activated.
All Uncompleted Games
All uncompleted games can receive the new terms once billing terms are activated.
Keep Existing Terms
Existing games keep their current stamped terms while new games use the new terms after activation.
Game Eligibility
Game eligibility terms limit what kinds of games can be created under these billing terms.
Game Types
All game types means live, test, and shadow games are allowed unless your billing terms say otherwise.
States
All states means your billing terms do not restrict games to specific states.
Unworked Games
A max unworked games limit can restrict how many upcoming uncompleted games may exist at one time.
Pay Limits
Pay limits are guardrails around the official pay amounts a coordinator can set.
Per Game
Max pay per game limits the official pay amount for a single game.
Daily, Weekly, Monthly
Time-window limits cap total official pay across games in that period.
No Limit
No limit means that specific guardrail is not enforced by your billing terms.
Balance and Credit Rules
Balance and credit rules describe what happens when projected coordinator balances are low or negative.
Low Balance Policy
Warning Only shows warnings. Soft Block requires acknowledgement. Hard Block can prevent game creation.
Threshold Days
The low balance threshold controls how far ahead the system looks when projecting whether the balance may go negative.
Credit Limit
The credit limit is the maximum negative balance allowed before the configured credit policy applies.
Requesting Changes
Use request changes when pending billing terms include something you do not want to accept yet.
Submit a Note
Send one plain-language note explaining what Remedy should review.
While Open
Signing is paused while the request is awaiting Remedy review.
After Review
The page shows Remedy response and signing becomes available again when no request is open.
Edit or Remove
You can update or remove the request before Remedy resolves it.
Signing
Signing is an explicit acceptance action.
Confirm
The app asks for confirmation before signing. Signing is not performed in the background.
After Signing
The sign button disappears and the terms show as signed, awaiting activation.
If Signing Fails
If the terms were reverted, replaced, or already signed in another session, the app shows an error instead of silently accepting them.
FAQ
Why do I not see billing terms?
This tab shows your active billing terms and any pending or signed terms waiting for the next step. If neither exists, there is nothing for you to review here.
Does signing activate the terms?
No. Signing records your acceptance. An admin still activates the signed terms when they are ready and the effective date is valid.
Do these terms change Official Pay?
No. Commercial terms affect Remedy fees, and coordinator settings affect operating limits. Official Pay is still the pay per official for a game.
Why can games in one event have different Remedy fees?
Remedy fee pricing is stamped on each game. If games receive pricing decisions under different billing terms, they can carry different stamped fees.
Do I need to sign every plan update?
No. Plan updates use the acceptance terms from signup. The Billing Terms tab explains the new terms, notice timing, and any pricing protection for stamped games.
Can I edit pending terms here?
No. Creation, editing, reverting, and activation are admin actions. You can request changes with a note before signing.
